Billing and Payment
All prices are stated excluding VAT. Billing occurs in connection with registration. Payment terms are 30 days.
Cancellation/Rescheduling for Scheduled Open Training
The course booking is considered binding for the participant's company when Chemgroup has sent a confirmation that the participant has been enrolled in the training.
Free cancellation and rescheduling apply up to 14 business days before the course starts.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling 14 business days or less before the course starts, the customer will be charged 100% of the course fee.
In case of illness (personal illness or child's illness), a medical certificate must be presented, and the participant is then offered the opportunity to reschedule to the next available course session at no extra cost. If the participant is unable to attend the offered session or cannot show a valid medical certificate, rescheduling to a course session within 6 months from the original date is offered at 50% of the course fee.
If the instructor falls ill or for any other reason cannot conduct the course on the agreed date, Chemgroup reserves the right to change the instructor or postpone the course date.
The course spot can always be transferred to a colleague after consultation with Chemgroup.
No further compensation will be provided.
Cancellation/Rescheduling for Internal Company Training
Internal/customized training can be canceled free of charge no later than 14 business days before the course starts, after which the entire cost will be charged. Any non-cancellable costs such as hotel and travel may still be charged even if cancellation occurs in time.
Regardless of the time of cancellation, Chemgroup always has the right to charge for costs that Chemgroup cannot avoid due to the cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, ongoing work on development/customizations, non-cancellable travel, ordered course material, and catering.
If the instructor falls ill or for any other reason cannot conduct the course on the agreed date, Chemgroup reserves the right to change the instructor or postpone the course date. Such measures are always taken in consultation with the customer.
Cancellation/Rescheduling for Seminar/Event
For cancellations of seminars/events with a registration fee, the same cancellation rules apply as for the course.
Cancellation of a free seminar must be made 24 hours before the start.
If a participant does not attend a free seminar/event without canceling by the day before, up to 500 SEK will be charged.
Processing of Personal Data
As a result of the customer registering and taking part in the service provided by Chemgroup's training, Chemgroup will store and process the personal data provided by the customer so that Chemgroup can fulfill its obligations according to this agreement, as well as for marketing, statistics, and analysis, and for internal administrative purposes according to the privacy policy which is part of this agreement.
